Store-bought tomatoes and jalapeno plants (2 each). Still need a cage for the 2nd tomato plant.
Fort Knox! of the Rabbit world.
The story of a computer network security engineer at a major mid-western University. Trying to beat back the hackers, put out fires, keep up with all the latest technology and somehow be clever about it. I will post when I feel I can add something clever, interesting or helpful to a general audience. I enjoy other things, like Minecraft, The Long Dark, sketching with pencil, ink drawings, reading science fiction and movies.

Mild Salsa Recipe
Mild Salsa Recipe:
1/2 small onion chopped
2 jalapenos chopped
- some seeds do make it in :)
1 can Red Gold Premium Tomatoes Diced 14.5 oz
3 Tablespoons or so of fresh chopped cilantro
4 teaspoons of minced garlic
1/2 lemon squeezed and some pulp removed for the salsa
Mix all ingredient in a bowl. I used gloves for the peppers.
Transfer to a blender and puree for about 10 seconds.
Result: Mild, with some kick, lots of flavor, bit watery. Tasted like what I get at good Tex-Mex restaurants.
